My 600-Lb Life is an American Reality TV show that showcases people who weigh at least 600 lbs. The show depicts their journey to a “normal life” through eating healthy and regular exercise. The show first aired in 2012 and has well over nine seasons – and counting. 

Patients are placed under the care of the famous Dr. Now, who jumpstarts their weight loss journey through a strict diet. Depending on their progress, Dr. Now can also offer medical procedures (such as gastric bypass surgery or a sleeve gastrectomy) to hasten the patient’s weight loss journey. 

The My 600-Lb Life has a spinoff called “My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now?”. This follows the lives of the past contestants and sees where they are in their weight loss journey after the show. Can you recognize these My 600-Lb Life Stars?
